Whether you're planning a birthday, engagement party, baby shower, corporate gathering, celebration of life or special occasion, Palette offers a unique and welcoming space in the heart of Fremantle.

Surrounded by contemporary artwork and filled with natural light, our venue provides a relaxed yet elevated setting for events of all sizes. We can accommodate up to 60 guests seated or 120 guests cocktail style.

Our function menus are designed to be shared and enjoyed together, with seasonal dishes showcasing the best local produce. Choose from our family-style sharing feast menus, available from $49 per person for lunch and $65 per person for dinner, or our cocktail-style canapé packages for a more relaxed celebration.

Whether you're gathering friends for a long lunch, hosting an intimate dinner, commemorating a loved one or planning a larger cocktail event, our team will work with you to create a memorable experience tailored to your occasion.

How It Works

  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
